What is it.

Six weeks. 100% $ and equity free. In-person bootcamp at Pathlight's office in Flatiron, taught by Charley Ma (first business hire + head of growth at Ramp, Plaid, Alloy) and Mahdi Raza (head of growth at Robinhood; growth advisor at Persona, Chronosphere).

Each week:

  • Batch breakfast + tactical session led by the Pathlight team
  • A guest operator or founder from one of the fastest-growing companies of the last decade
  • 1:1 office hours to design your GTM motion

June 8th through July 17th, 2026.
Each week, for 6 weeks:
  • 1.5-hour in-person session (with breakfast) led by the Pathlight team
  • 1:1 office hours with Charley or Mahdi for hands-on workshopping
  • A guest speaker session with a founder or operator from companies like Clay, Ramp, Apollo, ElevenLabs, or Harvey
Plan on 3–4 hours per week total.
There are none. The program is 100% free and equity free. We obviously run a fund as our actual day job, and if there's an opportunity for us to invest in your company, we'd love to have that conversation — but it isn't a condition of joining.
6–8 founders. We're optimizing for depth vs breadth. If you're admitted you'll have direct access to Charley, Mahdi, and the speaker network for the duration of the program.
